The foundation of the group was laid in 1975 by Late Pt. Vijay Prakash Mishra Ji by starting single passenger bus in Katni (M.P.) under the name of Pt. Vijay Prakash Mishra Bus Service. Over a period of time, the group expanded by increasing the number of buses and providing services to passengers for commuting to nearby areas in Katni. Along with buses, the group diversified its businesses and started auto parts dealership of buses and trucks. Over decades, the group also enters into other related auto industry businesses like Lubricants, Tyres & Fuels and also scope regional opportunities by entering into Mineral, Construction & Healthcare businesses in Katni region.
